Here are some Practical Travel Reminders:
If you are coming from the airport, it’s cheapest to take a city or a Voyageur bus downtown and take a taxi to the hotel from there. Hotel address is 3625 Avenue du Parc, just south of Ave des Pins. For people going first to the Concordia Residence, the address is 1185 St Mathieu, corner of Boulevard René Levesque.
If you are travelling far distances or crossing borders, it’s probably better to make copy handouts in Montreal – two photocopy places are very close.
From the United States, make sure you are travelling with a valid passport.
Be prepared for hot weather, though the hotel is air-conditioned.
U.S. money is widely accepted (at a discount), but Euros and British pounds are best changed at a bank.

After Monday, 6 June, all conference business will be handled in Montreal--the DSNA office will close for the rest of the week.
That for that info.Conference things are always reminds me of Finland where they are a lot of conference room that really fit for conference events and i always seen that conference in that place are always organize very well just like other conference events like this.
